30 Day Self Esteem Challenge

Day Six: Something about the way you just are that you like.

I’m learning to have an open mind.  I go to once monthly Buddhist sittings, I meditate.  Had you told me three years ago that I would meditate and go to Buddhist sittings, me, a Brooklyn guinea, I would’ve said “You’re insane”, but I’m doing it and it’s making me a better human being.  I like that I’m becoming a more open-minded person.
